Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

New subscribers:

All orders processed between the 1st and the 15th of the month will be shipped on or before the 1st of the following month.

​

All orders processed after the 16th and before the end of the month will be delivered on or before the 15th of the following month.

​

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Shipping Methods & Rates:

We offer standard, priority, and express shipping via USPS and UPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.

 

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

 

Delays:

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect address information. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing your order.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the nature of our herbal products, all sales are final for sanitary and safety reasons.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at blackmagicherbco@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or store credit.

 

Cancellations:

Orders canceled will stop billing the 1st of the month 30 days after cancellation
